Therapy Fees
Fees for therapy (£90 per session) and clinical supervision (£80 per session), both available in-person in Heswall or online. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer, and I'm registered with major insurers. Workshops and training are also offered, with prices available on request and tailored to organisational needs.
Therapy (CBT & EMDR)
- £90 per session
- Available face‑to‑face in Heswall (Wirral) or online via secure video
- Payment accepted by cash or bank transfer
- I am registered with Aviva, AXA, and WPA insurers and listed on the Private Practice Register
Clinical Supervision
- £80 per 1‑hour session
- Offered to CBT therapists and other mental health professionals
- Supervision can include:
- Case discussion and formulation support
- Skills development and reflective practice
- Video feedback, role play, and competency‑based frameworks (e.g. Roth & Pilling, CTSR)
- Available face‑to‑face in Heswall or online
